Location: Swavesey, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £15.50-16.00 P/H plus performance related bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am 17:00pm
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

Our client is a well-established and market-leading brand management and distribution business looking to recruit a permanent Bendi / Flexi Forklift Driver to support its busy warehouse operation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you will play a key role in ensuring stock is handled safely, efficiently, and accurately within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock to and from storage locations
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch as required
• Carrying out stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

Requirements

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence or certification
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual approach to work
