Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver Days | Trafford Park

F2 Recruitment are recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) HGV Drivers for ongoing day work based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's longest-established freight and logistics providers, delivering freight and supply chain solutions across the UK and Europe. The business specialises in road freight, logistics, distribution and third-party warehousing, offering a professional working environment with well-planned routes and operations.

The Role

• Typical start time of 6:00am

• Monday to Friday day shifts

• Collection and delivery of palletised freight

• Curtain-sided vehicles

• Pump truck and tail-lift deliveries where required

• Some deliveries and collections will be forklift loaded/unloaded

• Delivering to commercial customers, warehouses and distribution centres

• Clean, modern vehicles

• Opportunity for ongoing, regular work for reliable drivers

Pay Rates

• £16.00 per hour + Holiday Pay Accrued Separately.

• Weekly PAYE pay

• No umbrella companies

• No LTD company payments

Requirements

• Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence

• Valid Driver CPC qualification

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card

• Maximum of 6 minor penalty points (for insurance purposes)

• Previous curtain-side and pallet network experience is advantageous

• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
