Class 1 Driver Store Deliveries

Taskmaster are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to support one of our clients based in DN4, completing store deliveries.

This role will involve Class 1 store delivery work, delivering into stores. Drivers must be confident with delivery paperwork, working to delivery slots and representing both Taskmaster and the client professionally on site.

AM

£20.88 Monday to Friday
£25.62 Saturday
£27.50 Sunday

PM

£22.06 Monday to Friday

£25.62 Saturday

£27.98 Sunday

Taskmaster Resources LTD are urgently looking for HGV Class 1 drivers for a client operating 7 days a week, offering work across days and nights.

Store Deliveries

Due to insurance purposes, we require you to have held your licence for a minimum of 2 years, have been driving within that time, and be able to prove this to the client.

The role will involve completing store deliveries, following planned routes, working to delivery time slots, communicating with site teams and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.

Requirements:

Hold a valid Category C+E (Class 1) entitlement
Minimum of 2 years Class 1 experience
Previous store delivery experience preferred
Hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card (Digi Card)
Have no more than 6 points on your licence; DR, DD, IN or TT endorsements are NOT accepted
Hold a full CPC
Be polite and pleasant
Be reliable and flexible with start times
Good communication skills
