Job description
NHS England is seeking a Training Programme Director in Internal Medicine Stage One to support the Head of School in the strategic development of the School of Medicine, and to lead on the Recruitment and Retention Strategy while contributing to the School Operational Programme.
The post holder will be a member of the School Board, help implement governance around ARCPs, improve educator development, and establish a team structure to manage peaks of activity and timely teaching days.
