VP, Product Manager – Multicurrency Accounts

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom.

Join the Global Payments & Trade SmartPay Global Product Management team to shape the future of multicurrency accounts.

Responsibilities

Define and refine the product strategy for multicurrency accounts, including the value proposition and long‐term roadmap.

Drive adoption, revenue growth, and cost efficiency for the product portfolio.

Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure robust documentation and controls.

Manage stakeholder expectations across Operations, Sales, and Client Service teams.

Qualifications

Payments experience, including VP‐level accountability for complex financial products or platforms.

Proven experience in transaction banking and at least one of: multicurrency accounts or cross‐border payments.

Understanding of agile product delivery.

Experience working with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Control teams and with Client Service and Relationship Teams to resolve client issues.

Ownership mindset.

Curiosity and continuous improvement orientation; comfortable challenging the status‐quo.
