We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar operation at a stylish, high-performing restaurant in the heart of Sloane Square.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional with a genuine love of cocktails, wine and exceptional service. You'll be responsible for leading a talented bar team, delivering consistently high standards and creating memorable guest experiences in a busy, premium environment.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring outstanding service, excellent product quality and a positive team culture.

Working closely with the General Manager and wider management team, you will lead, inspire and develop your team while driving commercial performance and maintaining the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the bar team through busy lunch and dinner services
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences with confidence and personality
• Coaching, developing and motivating the bar team
• Managing stock, ordering and inventory controls
• Driving beverage sales and maximising profitability
• Maintaining high standards of cocktail preparation, wine service and product knowledge
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
• Creating staff rotas and managing labour effectively
• Ensuring licensing, health & safety and food safety compliance
• Working collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a quality restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
• Has excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and premium beverages
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality
• Leads by example and remains calm under pressure
• Has excellent organisational and communication skills
• Enjoys coaching and developing others
• Has a strong commercial mindset and understands stock control and cost management
• Brings energy, professionalism and attention to detail every day
