Job Title: AV Project Manager
Location: 3 days on-site in London

We're partnering with a leading organisation delivering large-scale live, corporate and event productions across the UK who are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from initial planning through to onsite delivery and post-event completion.
AV Project Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple live event projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Produce technical production plans, schedules and project documentation.
- Coordinate labour, equipment and subcontractors.
- Lead onsite event delivery, including load-in, live show management and load-out.
- Manage project budgets and control costs throughout delivery.
- Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure Health & Safety documentation, Risk Assessments and Method Statements are completed and communicated.
- Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage onsite changes and communicate updates effectively.
- Complete post-event reporting and project reviews
AV Project Manager – Key Skills Required
- Experience managing live event or AV projects.
- Strong technical understanding of audio visual production.
- Background within corporate events, live events, staging, exhibitions or broadcast.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, logistics and project timelines.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple projects.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Technical drawing or CAD knowledge would be advantageous.
