Invenio Global is looking for a Corporate Real Estate Associate solicitor - Top US firm

Job description

Corporate Real Estate Associate

London | Elite US Law Firm

The Opportunity

An elite US law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Real Estate Associate (2 -5 years' PQE) to join its market-leading London practice.

This is an opportunity to work on some of the most sophisticated real estate transactions in the market, advising leading private equity sponsors, investment funds and institutional investors on complex UK and cross-border matters. The role sits within a highly integrated transactional team where real estate, corporate, finance and private equity intersect, offering exposure well beyond a traditional real estate practice.

The Role

Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a broad range of high-value transactions, including:

  • Corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments
  • Acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and real estate-holding structures
  • Corporate M&A transactions with significant real estate components
  • Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional investments
  • Integrated transactions alongside Private Equity, Finance, Tax and Real Estate teams
  • Drafting and negotiating sophisticated transactional documentation
  • Managing workstreams and developing strong client relationships on complex matters

Why This Opportunity?

This role offers exposure to a genuinely unique transactional practice where real estate is considered as part of broader corporate investment strategies rather than in isolation.

You will work on highly structured, often cross-border transactions involving sophisticated investment vehicles, institutional capital and private equity sponsors, providing exceptional technical and commercial development.

Associates benefit from:

  • Early responsibility and meaningful client exposure
  • Direct access to partners on market-leading transactions
  • A collaborative, internationally integrated platform
  • Exposure to complex investment structures across multiple jurisdictions
  • Outstanding long-term career progression within one of the world's premier legal practices

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • Approximately 2–5 years' PQE from a leading City, international or US law firm
  • Strong transactional real estate experience
  • Experience advising on corporate real estate, investment or structured transactions
  • Excellent technical drafting and analytical skills
  • A commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment

This opportunity will particularly appeal to lawyers looking to broaden their practice beyond traditional real estate work and develop expertise at the intersection of real estate, corporate, private equity and finance while working on some of the market's most complex transactions.
