Family Care Programme Advisor (EMEA)

London | Office-based (WFH 1 day per week) | Full-Time, Permanent | Salary DOE

We're looking for an experienced Family Care Programme Advisor (CIPD) to support our EMEA Family Care Programme, providing expert guidance on parenting leave policies, complex employee cases, and multi-country HR processes.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the specialist advisor for complex family care and parenting leave cases across EMEA.
• Managing sensitive employee cases with accuracy, discretion, and a strong compliance focus.
• Providing guidance on country-specific policies and cross-border leave requirements.
• Supporting stakeholders, HR teams, and programme initiatives across the region.
• Contributing to process improvements and maintaining up-to-date programme resources.

What you'll bring

• Strong HR advisory experience within an EMEA environment.
• Previous experience managing complex and sensitive employee relations or leave cases.
• Knowledge of EMEA leave legislation and multi-country HR processes.
• Experience working in a large, fast-paced corporate setting.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
