About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of architectural and technical projects - from initial concept to final completion. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects meet regulatory standards, industry best practices, and the highest standards of sustainability and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design, development, and delivery of complex architectural or technical projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., RIBA/ARB for Architects, CIAT for Technologists) and uphold best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and sustainability practices to drive innovation.
Essential Requirements
For Architects:
- RIBA/ARB qualified with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality projects within the built environment sector.
- Strong technical expertise in architectural design, construction technology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodologies.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 standards for BIM implementation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Commitment to sustainability, integrity, and professional development.
For Technologists:
- CIAT qualified with 8+ years of experience.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality projects within the built environment sector.
- Strong technical expertise in architectural design, construction technology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodologies.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 standards for BIM implementation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Commitment to sustainability, integrity, and professional development.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) or other digital tools.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in a consultancy or high-demand environment.
