you• MRICS qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or equival

ent• Strong consultancy experience across pre and post-contract servi

ces• Confident working with JCT and NEC contra

cts• Commercially aware and able to manage multiple proje

cts• Credible, clear and confident with clie

nts• Public-sector experience is useful, but not essent

ial• Full UK driving licence prefer
