Job description
Our client, a commercial law firm, is looking to strengthen its Corporate & M&A practice with the addition of an Associate or Senior Associate.
This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, working closely with corporate clients, founders, investors, and other stakeholders on strategic legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and other corporate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and related legal documents.
- Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence exercises.
- Support clients throughout the transaction process, from initial structuring through to completion.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with experience in Corporate/M&A law.
- Experience gained within a law firm or legal advisory environment.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset and ability to work directly with clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
