Food & Beverage Manager – Leisure and Hospitality

Location North Devon

Salary: £45,000

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading F&B operations across bars and restaurants
• Driving service standards, team performance & profitability
• Delivering standout guest experiences every day
• Ensure high customer service and team efficiency, adhering to Company and legal requirements for overall profitability.
• Manage financial performance, covering cash, stock, cellar, security, and Health & Safety.
• Follow administrative processes, contribute to annual budget compilation, and handle customer complaints.
• Foster team relationships through support, coaching, and appraisals.
• Maintain cleanliness in bars, restaurants, cellars, and customer areas.
• Prioritize safety and security for customers and team members.
• Establish and communicate individual and team goals aligned with business objectives.
• Adhere to stock takes, delivery, and cellar management procedures.
• Enforce relevant legislation, including Health & Safety, hygiene, fire, and licensing laws.
• Collaborate with the Park Manager to meet business objectives and priorities.
• Control costs, including stocks and wages, in line with business needs.
• Maximize income by analysing and responding to weekly financial results.
• Coaching and developing your team

You’ll need:

• Holiday Park experience (essential)
• Strong leadership and commercial awareness
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & peak seasons
