Executive Assistant

9-Month Fixed-Term Contract | West End, London | £50,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working


Working Pattern: Three days per week in the office, with additional office attendance required during the initial onboarding period.

We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to support the Head of the Credit team alongside the wider investment professionals.

Supporting senior investment professionals, you'll manage complex schedules, coordinate international activity and build strong relationships across both the London office and global business.


The Role

  • Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Head of the Credit Opportunities team and wider investment professionals
  • Managing highly complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed itineraries
  • Organising internal meetings, conference calls and video meetings
  • Planning and coordinating team off-sites, events and wider team activities
  • Processing expenses using Concur
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across international offices, particularly the US team
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing wider administrative support and assisting with team initiatives as required


About You

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within private equity, investment management, banking, financial services or another fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong experience managing complex diaries, international travel and changing priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Experience using Concur would be advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
