  • Translate ideas into distinctive and innovative design solutions.

Bespoke Design

  • Design custom furniture, joinery, lighting, and decorative elements tailored to each project.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and craftspeople to deliver unique design outcomes.
  • Ensure all design details align with the overall project vision and brand standards.

Client Relationship Management

  • Lead client presentations, workshops, and design reviews with professionalism and confidence.
  • Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Delivery

  • Manage projects from concept development through to installation and final styling.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and specialist artisans.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee project implementation to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and design documentation.

Team Development

  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing studio environment.
  • Contribute to design reviews and knowledge sharing across the team.

About You

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in interior design, ideally within luxury hospitality, superyacht, or high-end residential sectors.
  • Proven experience leading projects from concept through completion.
  • Strong understanding of luxury design standards and client expectations.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong technical drawing and documentation capabilities.
  • Hand sketching and visualisation skills are advantageous.

  • Exceptional understanding of materials, finishes, textures, and spatial design.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating highly considered environments.
  • Ability to balance creativity with practical project delivery requirements.

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong leadership potential.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on prestigious international hospitality, superyacht, and residential projects.
  • International travel opportunities for site visits and project delivery.
  • A collaborative and creative studio environment.
  • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.
  • Exposure to industry-leading designers, suppliers, and craftspeople.
