Job description

We are working with a leading City law firm who are seeking a Funds Associate (2-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded private capital practice.

The firm has a distinctive position in the London market, combining sophisticated funds work with the breadth of a genuinely integrated full-service platform. The team advises leading UK and international sponsors, institutional investors and private capital businesses across private equity, private credit, venture and growth capital, real assets and secondaries.

Private credit is a significant and growing area of the practice, spanning traditional direct lending, complex credit opportunities, special situations and capital solutions.

The team has a strong pipeline and clear growth ambitions; client relationships are shared across the practice, giving associates meaningful exposure to key accounts, direct partner contact and increasing responsibility as they progress.

Applications are encourages from E&W qualified lawyers with approximately 2-5 years' PQE and experience in private funds, investment management or a related private capital practice.
