What you'll be doing

  • Own payroll from start to finish.
  • Be the expert behind people systems.
  • Help shape benefits offering.
  • Keep compliance under control.
  • Build great relationships.


What we're looking for

  • Proven payroll experience within a multi-site or complex organisation.
  • Experience working with an outsourced payroll bureau.
  • Strong HR/payroll systems experience, ideally Fourth.
  • Experience administering pensions and employee benefits.
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation, apprenticeship levy and gender pay gap reporting.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external providers.
  • A proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
  • Experience with travel management platforms such as Roomex would be advantageous.
