Design Manager

Join a leading London developer to manage the design and delivery of ultra luxury residences for some of the city's most elite clients.

Position:

This is an exciting position for a Design Manager to join the in-house design team at a global luxury developer. You will play a key role in design guardianship and the exceptional delivery of some of Central London's most prime residences. Liaising with external consultants, designers and architects, you will be reviewing and amending feasibilities, design proposals and packages to ensure projects are commercially viable and meeting standards and requirements. As well as monitoring on site works, liaising with contractors to ensure that every inch of the project is delivered to the utmost quality, finish and exceeds expectations.

Candidate:

• Part III RIBA Architect with 3+ years post qualification experience
• A career defined by designing and delivering super prime residential projects in London
• Strong design and spatial planning skills, with the ability to challenge, problem solve and add value
• Excellent knowledge of bespoke detailing, construction, current UK building regulations and standards
• Confident liaising with client, external design teams, consultants and contractors
• Meticulous, detail orientated and a strong critical thinker
• Revit and/or AutoCAD advantageous (to review drawings)
