Are you an experience Architect with a strong interest in retrofit and reuse? This established, design-led architecture practice has built a strong reputation for delivering high quality commercial projects across the UK, with a particular strength in retrofit and adaptive reuse. The studio operates with a collaborative, research-led approach, balancing technical rigour with refined architectural outcomes. You will be joining a friendly and focused team that values clarity of ideas, careful detailing and sustainable design thinking.


The Role

This is an Architect role within a team focused on delivering commercial retrofit projects from planning through to construction. You will play an active part in developing design information, coordinating with consultants and maintaining the quality of design intent through technical stages.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of commercial retrofit projects across RIBA Stages 4 onward
  • Produce and develop detailed design packages using Revit
  • Coordinate information with consultants and wider project teams
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to design and technical discussions
  • Support project leads in maintaining programme and design quality


Requirements

  • You are an ARB-registered Architect with UK project experience
  • You have experience working on commercial or mixed-use projects, ideally with some retrofit exposure
  • You have strong proficiency in Revit and experience working in BIM environments
  • You are confident in technical detailing and coordination
  • You communicate clearly with team members and consultanrs
