Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of one or more bespoke joinery and interior fit-out proje

cts.Reporting to the Projects Director, you will be responsible for managing projects from contract award through to practical completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationsh

ips.You will work closely with internal design, production and commercial teams, alongside site management, subcontractors and main contractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to client expectati

  • tion.Lead contract start-up meetings, ensuring project objectives, responsibilities and programmes are clearly establi
  • shed.Develop and manage detailed project programmes alongside design, commercial and production t
  • eams.Coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing and installation activities to ensure programme milestones are achi
  • eved.Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions where requ
  • ired.Chair regular project review meetings with internal departments and external stakehol
  • ders.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, main contractors, consultants and subcontrac
  • tors.Manage subcontractor performance to ensure programme, quality and safety requirements are
  • met.Monitor procurement schedules and long-lead items to minimise programme
  • risk.Work closely with the commercial team to manage project variations, change control and financial implicat
  • ions.Ensure all additional works are correctly instructed and commercially man
  • aged.Review project performance against programme, cost and quality object
  • ives.Support tendering activities where requ
  • ired.Ensure Site Managers receive full project handovers, including programmes, drawings, specifications and scope of w
