The Package

• Salary up to 65k plus performance bonus

The Role

• Lead, inspire and develop a passionate front-of-house team
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences every single service
• Drive sales, control costs and manage the business commercially
• Recruit, train and develop future leaders within your team
• Work closely with the Head Chef to create a seamless operation
• Continuously improve standards, service and the overall guest journey
