Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Hairdresser (Colourist & Stylist) based in Chelsea, London for a hairstylist who has strong communication skills and a loyal client base (or the drive to build one). The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative flair, exceptional technical skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves providing hair consultations, recommending suitable color and style options, and delivering services such as cutting, coloring, styling, hair care and blow-drying, as well as consulting with clients, building new clientele, referring clients for colour and increasing client product knowledge and sales.

Qualifications

  • Qualified hairdressers with salon experience
  • You that enjoy a fast paced role within a premium environment
  • Strong practical skills in Hair Styling and Hair Cutting, with experience in both classic and contemporary looks.
  • Good knowledge of Hair Care practices, including treatments, products, and techniques that protect and improve hair health.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen to client needs, and create a welcoming experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to different client preferences and schedules.
