Executive Assistant
West End, London | £70,000–£75,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)
We're delighted to be partnering with a leading global investment firm to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two Co-Heads within its Private Credit business, alongside the Chairman.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative investment team where Executive Assistants are viewed as genuine business partners. Working at the heart of the business, you'll become a trusted extension of three senior leaders, ensuring they can focus on investment activity, client relationships and strategic priorities while you keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships and takes pride in staying one step ahead. This is a role for an experienced Executive Assistant who is proactive, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
The Role
- Providing seamless Executive Assistant support to two Co-Heads and the Chairman.
- Managing highly complex and constantly changing diaries, balancing multiple priorities and making informed decisions on behalf of your executives where appropriate.
- Coordinating extensive international travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, transfers and all associated logistics.
- Acting as a central point of coordination, ensuring priorities remain on track and deadlines are met.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and Executive Assistants across the firm's global network.
- Monitoring inboxes where required, proactively identifying actions and ensuring key communications are followed up.
- Coordinating meetings, committees and client presentations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Managing expenses and supporting compliance processes accurately and efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team, providing support and cover where needed.
- Taking ownership of ad hoc projects and responsibilities as they arise.
About You
- Significant Executive Assistant experience gained within private equity, private credit, asset management, investment banking or another fast-paced financial services environment.
- Confident supporting multiple senior executives with demanding and ever-changing schedules.
- A natural relationship builder who communicates with confidence and professionalism at all levels.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and always thinking several steps ahead.
- Calm under pressure with excellent judgement and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
What's on Offer
- £70,000–£75,000 depending on experience.
- Competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
- Hybrid working with four days per week in the office.
- Beautiful offices in London's West End.
- The opportunity to join a globally respected investment firm with an outstanding culture and long-term career prospects.
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading investment firm where Executive Assistants are genuinely valued as trusted business partners. If you're looking for a role where you'll work alongside exceptional people, be given real responsibility and become an integral part of a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.
