With a strong reputation for delivering complex projects through technical expertise, collaboration, and a solutions-focused approach, they are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager or Senior Design Manager to join their growing team

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering the design process across projects ranging from £4m to £20m, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcome

  Managing the full design process from pre-construction through to project complet
• ion.Leading design coordination across projects valued between £4m and £
• 20m.Reviewing and coordinating consultant drawings, specifications, and technical informat
• ion.Working collaboratively with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project te
• ams.Managing design programmes, ensuring key milestones and approvals are achie
• ved.Identifying design risks, resolving technical issues, and providing value engineering soluti
• ons.Chairing design meetings and maintaining clear communication between all stakehold
• ers.Ensuring compliance with building regulations, quality standards, and project requireme

  Proven experience working as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager within a main contracting enviro
• nment.Experience delivering projects ranging from £4m
• –£20m.Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the construction design pr
• ocess.Experience across sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, leisure, refurbishment, or fi
• t-out.Strong understanding of design coordination, consultant management, and technical appr
• ovals.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive the design process fo
