Job Title: Hospitality Supervisor – Contract Caterer

Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits

Location: London

My client is looking for a hands-on Hospitality Supervisor to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Monday to Friday operation, delivering exceptional hospitality in a premium office environment with excellent transport links and genuine work-life balance. What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day hospitality operation across meetings and events
• Lead and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
• Prepare and serve premium refreshments, including barista-quality coffee
• Maintain food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety standards
• Build strong relationships with clients and create memorable guest experiences
• Support stock control, replenishment, and smooth day-to-day operations

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a Hospitality Supervisor or senior Hospitality Assistant role
• Background in corporate hospitality, contract catering, hotels, or premium food service
• Strong barista skills and a passion for food and service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail
• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support a team
