AI Product Manager - Consumer Research Start-up

Harnham is looking for a AI Product Manager - Consumer Research Start-up

Job description

Want to own an AI product from day one rather than optimise an existing roadmap?

Looking for a role where you'll shape product strategy alongside the CEO?

Interested in building one of the most unique AI consumer datasets into a commercial platform?

An established but lean start-up AI company is transforming the way organisations understand consumer behaviour. Having evolved from advertising measurement for UK/global giants as clients, they are now building an AI-powered research platform using a proprietary dataset of behavioural and LLM interaction data collected from a unique consumer panel. With strong market validation, enterprise customer interest and rapid product development, this is an opportunity to help define the next generation of AI-powered research products from the ground up.

As Product Manager, you'll own a new AI research platform from 0-1 through launch and growth while working directly with the CEO, engineering team and early customers. You'll play a pivotal role defining product direction, improving AI capabilities and shaping future products built on proprietary behavioural and LLM data.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap from concept through launch and iteration.

• Define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Build prompt libraries, AI knowledge bases and improve LLM outputs.

• Partner closely with engineering, customers and leadership to shape product direction.

• Lead QA, product testing and feature validation.

• Contribute to future AI products including Digital Twins and AI-powered research capabilities.
