A top-tier international law firm is seeking a US-qualified Capital Markets Associate to join its highly regarded team in London.


This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border capital markets transactions for leading global corporates, investment banks, and financial institutions.


The Role


You will advise on a broad range of capital markets matters, including:

  • High-yield and investment-grade debt issuances
  • Equity and equity-linked transactions
  • IPOs and follow-on offerings
  • SEC-registered transactions and ongoing reporting obligations
  • The team regularly works on complex international deals, collaborating with lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.


Candidate Requirements


  • US-qualified lawyer (NY Bar preferred)
  • Approximately 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in capital markets from a leading US or international law firm
  • Strong experience advising on US securities law matters
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Experience working on cross-border transactions is highly desirable
