The Role: Paralegal

The Client: Consumer Lender

The Location: London

We are working with a fast-growing, Financial Services business who is looking to bring in an In-House Paralegal to join their Legal and Governance team. You will be providing legal and corporate governance support including preparing board packs, coordinating board meetings, taking minutes, and reviewing commercial contacts. This is a perfect role for a paralegal already in-house looking for their next move!

The successful candidate:

• Currently working in-house as a Paralegal
• Has experience working on co-sec and contract review matters
• Completed their Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
