Your focus:

You’ll lead on CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) packages across major data centre builds—driving cost planning, procurement strategy, and commercial delivery from inception through to completion.

This role offers real ownership, not just support. You’ll be trusted to influence key decisions and shape outcomes on projects of extraordinary scale.

About you:

• Background as a Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor
• Strong CSA package experience
• Ambition to step into a senior role with leadership responsibility
• Experience on large, complex builds (data centre experience a bonus, not a requirement)
