Corporate Practice Attorney | London


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate lawyer to join the London office of an elite US law firm in a non-traditional fee-earning role.


Designed for lawyers who enjoy the technical and collaborative aspects of transactional work, this position offers the opportunity to remain closely involved in complex corporate matters while pursuing a different long-term career path.


The Role


Working as part of a high-performing corporate practice, you will:


  • Work alongside lawyers on a broad range of live corporate transactions.
  • Support the delivery and coordination of complex matters from inception through to completion.
  • Assist with knowledge management, precedent development and best practice initiatives.
  • Help streamline processes and support the efficient delivery of client work.
  • Act as a trusted resource for lawyers across the corporate group.


About You


You will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with:


  • Experience gained within the corporate team of a leading City, international or US law firm.
  • Strong technical drafting and analytical skills.
  • An organised and collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
  • An interest in knowledge sharing, transaction management and process improvement.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for corporate law and working as part of a successful transactional team.
