The Role

You'll join a high-performing team where you'll receive structured training and ongoing mentoring from experienced consultants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

• Identifying top talent through job adverts, referrals, networking and leading recruitment technology.

• Managing the recruitment process from first conversation through to successful placement.

• Developing new business opportunities with professional clients.

• Negotiating offers and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• £27,000 - £28,000 basic salary

• Uncapped commission from day one

• Realistic Year 1 OTE of £40,000£45,000
