Class 2 Driver

Job description

We are currently looking for professional class 2 driver to join our team at our Chesterfield site. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will need to be hardworking and motivated with good communication skills. Your role will consist of driving a class 2 articulated vehicle as well as a 7.5 tonne.

As a multi drop delivery driver you will be delivering to our customers therefore it is essential that you have the ability to represent Dalziel at a professional level.

Please note that drivers joining the business must not exceed 3 penalty points on their licence.

Location:Dunston Way, Chesterfield, S41 9RD

Hours:Monday to Friday 43.5 hours p/w

5.30am starting time

Salary: £14.86 p/h

Offer is subject to a satisfactory drugs and alcohol test

Duties & Main Responsibilities

• A valid CPC
• Digital tachograph -card
• Multi drop experience

As part of the Dalziel Group, Rillatech specialises in high-quality food packaging materials for the food processing industry. Based in Chesterfield, our warehouse holds over a thousand different types of food casings and packaging.

Our product range encompasses meat seasoning blends and ingredients for food processors, frozen and chilled meat, a full range of butchers supplies, crumb and battering systems, plastic casings for cooked meat applications and industrial food machinery.
