ASE Recruitment are specialist recruiters in the social housing and social care sectors providing temporary staffing to work within a variety of 24 hour supported accommodation services and floating support services for Housing Associations and Charities across the Northwest, Midlands, and Derbyshire.

We have a fantastic opportunity for relief staff to work with a leading housing association in the Chesterfield area supporting youung adult clients experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Relief opportunities supporting young adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across Ofsted-regulated services in Chesterfield.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ASE Recruitment are looking for reliable and committed Relief Workers to support young adults within Ofsted-regulated services in Chesterfield.
We have opportunities for Service Coordinators and Concierges, with varied hours available to suit the needs of the service. Concierge shifts include both day and night work.
You will provide practical support, maintain a safe environment, respond to service user needs and help young people develop the skills needed to move towards greater independence.
This is an excellent opportunity for people who are passionate about supporting young people and want flexible work with the potential for immediate starts.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for caring, reliable and resilient individuals who can communicate confidently with young people and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
Experience of working with young people, homelessness, supported accommodation, social care or similar services is desirable, but we will consider applicants with transferable experience and the right attitude.
You must be able to work flexibly, follow safeguarding procedures, maintain accurate records and respond appropriately to challenging or unexpected situations.
For Concierge roles, you must be comfortable working independently, including overnight shifts.


Candidates should have a current, enhanced DBS certificate, if you do not hold a valid DBS Certificate, they must be willing to apply for one.
