Position: Support Worker
Location: Gawcott, Buckingham
Salary: £16,110 per annum
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)

As a Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping people feel respected, included and empowered to develop independence and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with colleagues, families and professionals, valuing collaboration to create a safe and positive home environment.

You will:

    Support people with daily living skills, activities and personal careHelp individuals work towards their goals and aspirationsContribute to care plans, risk assessments and mentoring new staff

    You will bring experience in care or support, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others thrive. You will communicate well, work flexibly across shifts, and share our commitment to respect, inclusion and empowerment.A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
