Job Type: LGV Class 1 Fuels Driver - Grangemouth

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

\n

OTE: £48k-£52k

\n

Min Guarantee: £45,248

\n

Bonus: up to £2000 (Safety & Attendance)

\n

Qualifications: ADR desirable but not essential - High class training provided

\n

CPC accredited hours: 7 hours per year

\n

Working Hours and Shift Pattern:

\n

Average 40hours per week with potential for overtime

\n

7 week rotating pattern incorporating days, nights and weekends (provided in advance)

\n

Start time 4am and 4pm on a 10 hour guarantee

\n

Selection Criteria:

\n

Essential: Candidates must;

\n

    \n
  • Hold a current LGV class 1 (C&E) license
  • \n

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience of class 1 driving
  • \n

  • Hold a valid DCPC licence

\n\n

Desirable; it is desirable for candidates to have;

\n

    \n
  • An ADR (classes 2 and 3)
  • \n

  • Previous tanker experience

\n\n

Previous Fuels experience and PDP are not required as full training will be given. You must have no more than 3 penalty points on your licence none of which are related to drink/drug driving offences or dangerous driving.(if you are unsure about eligibility, please contact us for a quick confidential chat),

You are required to:

\n

  • Have the ability to work shift patterns that include days, nights, and weekends.
  • \n

  • Live within a maximum of 45 minutes commute from the location at which you are applying to work.
  • \n

  • Maintain high levels of customer focus with a keen eye for detail and process.
  • \n

  • Be able to follow instructions in line with comprehensive Company procedures and within strict industry guidelines.

  • World Class new starter and refresher training including defensive driving and slow speed manoeuvre. Oxalis will provide annual Petroleum Driver Passport (PDP) training and 7 hours of accredited DCPC training per full year of service, to count towards DQC renewal.
