Our client, a well-established firm within the Builders Merchant industry, based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a LGV Class 2 Driver to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to increased demand.

\n

\n The successful LGV Class 2 Driver should have:
\n ·CAT C Class 2 LGV Licence
\n ·CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
\n ·Driving Licence Category C with no more than 6 points
\n ·A positive attitude and strong motivation to succeed
\n ·The ability to work effectively as part of a team while remaining reliable and trustworthy

\n

\n In this role, the LGV Class 2 Driver will be responsible for:
\n ·Completing local multi-drop deliveries of building materials
\n ·Operating Class 2 vehicles safely and professionally across the local area
\n ·Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time
\n ·Providing excellent customer service at customer sites
\n ·Complying with all transport, tachograph and health & safety regulations

\n

\n This is an excellent opportunity for a LGV Class 2 Driver to join Gloucestershire's leading independent Builder's Merchant. The successful LGV Class 2 Driver will benefit from joining a company with a long-standing reputation for quality service, excellent job security and genuine career progression opportunities. Whilst a HIAB licence is preferred, our client is willing to fund the qualification for the right LGV Class 2 Driver.

\n Our client is offering the successful LGV Class 2 Driver a salary in the region of £33,000 per annum plus benefits including a workplace pension from day one, Death in Service Insurance (3x salary), 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, Christmas closedown between Christmas Eve and 2 January, company social events, a fully funded Christmas party, all PPE supplied, discretionary sick pay and access to discounted local parking at £45 per month.
