Job Title: Class 2 Night Driver Birstall
Location: Birstall
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

About the Role:
\n Recruit A Driver is seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Night Driver for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a reputable client in Birstall. The role involves driving refrigerated vehicles and delivering to coffee chain stores across the North East, York, and Leeds.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

Drive Class 2 refrigerated vehicles

\n

Make timed cage deliveries to store locations

\n

Handball/unload caged deliveries at stores

\n

Use handheld devices for delivery management

\n

Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

\n

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness

\n

Comply with all health and safety procedures

\n

Requirements:

\n

Valid Class 2 (Category C) UK driving licence, held for at least 2 years

\n

Recent Class 2 driving experience (within the last 612 months)

\n

No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)

\n

Up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card

\n

Shifts & Hours:

\n

Start times between 15:00 and 17:00

\n

Weekdays only, weekend shifts, adhoc shifts, 4 on 4 off rotating shift or 4 out of 7 on a 7-week repeating rota. Temporary or Temp to Perm options available.
