HGV 2 Driver - Bristol
\n At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an HGV 2 Driver to work with FERNLEY (Heathrow) LIMITED in Bristol. This role involves completing multi-drop deliveries safely and on time, ensuring all vehicle checks and documentation are handled with precision while maintaining compliance with transport and health and safety regulations.
\n Shift patterns:
\n * Regular roster of 4 on 4 off shift
\n * Availability for 6PM - 5:30AM
\n Pay rates:
\n * 20.13 GBP hourly
\n Must-have requirements for HGV 2 Driver:
\n * Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho card
\n * No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
\n * Previous experience in multi-drop delivery environments
\n * Eligibility for an airside pass, including a 5-year background check and DBS clearance
\n * Strong knowledge of driving laws, health and safety regulations, and tachograph rules
\n * Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in time-critical environments
\n Role for HGV 2 Driver:
\n * Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
\n * Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after shifts
\n * Manage all necessary paperwork and proof of delivery documentation
\n * Follow planned routes while maintaining compliance with transport and safety regulations
