SEN Teaching Assistant - Reading

Key Details
Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Reading
Salary: £90-£105 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group support to children with additional needs
Assist with classroom activities and learning materials
Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour management
Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to implement EHCPs
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with Autism or SEMH preferred (training provided)
Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
