Our client is a well-established residential childcare provider with an excellent reputation across the region. Operating multiple children's homes, supported accommodation services and specialist training settings, they have a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and investing in their staff.

They are now expanding their services with the opening of a brand-new children's home in Pensby (CH61) and are looking for experienced Senior Residential Children's Support Workers to join the team from the outset. The Role

As a Senior Residential Children's Support Worker, you will:

  • Support children and young people in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
  • Lead shifts and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  • Promote positive outcomes and encourage independence.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience within residential children's care.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Flexibility to work long shifts, including sleep-ins.
  • A genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
