About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker, youll play a key role in both hands-on support and team leadership.

You will:

  • Support individuals in their own homes (self-contained flats) to live independently
  • Promote choice, dignity, and person-centred care
  • Help develop life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and social engagement
  • Support with daily routines, including personal care where required
  • Lead by example, guiding and mentoring other team members
  • Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and daily coordination
  • Act as a link between staff and management to ensure high-quality support
