About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, youll play a key role in both hands-on support and team leadership.
You will:
- Support individuals in their own homes (self-contained flats) to live independently
- Promote choice, dignity, and person-centred care
- Help develop life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and social engagement
- Support with daily routines, including personal care where required
- Lead by example, guiding and mentoring other team members
- Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and daily coordination
- Act as a link between staff and management to ensure high-quality support
