Driver Hire Darlington is currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 Driver for a long-term assignment delivering drinks products to pubs, clubs, restaurants, and hospitality venues throughout the Darlington area and surrounding locations.

The Role for a Class 2 Driver

• Delivering kegs, barrels, cases, and drinks products to hospitality customers.
• Conducting multi-drop deliveries throughout Darlington and the surrounding region.
• Assisting with the unloading of products using equipment provided.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately and professionally.
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.

Requirements of a Class 2 Driver

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good level of physical fitness, as heavy lifting will be involved.
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is advantageous.
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of driver hours and working time regulations.
