Client Success Manager – R&D Tax - London / Hybrid - Up to £45k

We are working with a fast-growing, technology-led professional services business that specialises in helping UK companies access R&D tax relief

They are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, manage the end-to-end delivery process and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.

The role

As the primary point of contact for your clients, you will guide them through the R&D tax claim process, understand their objectives and ensure they receive maximum value from the service.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients through the full R&D tax claim process•
• Building trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
• Creating tailored account and client successplans
• Driving client retention and identifying opportunities for growth
• Providing technical support relating to R&D tax relief
• Ensuring projects are delivered accurately and within agreed timescales
• Working closely with sales, marketing and technical teams to improve the client experience

Experience:

• Previous experience within the R&D tax industry.
• A background in professional services, client success or account management.
• Strong knowledge of R&D tax regulations and the claims process
• Experience developing and delivering client projects.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communicating with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
