This friendly, small family practice in County Durham is a two‑surgery site with a stable, inherited patient list following a relocating associate. The practice provides a 45 % private remuneration split on a mainly private patient base (80 % private, 20 % NHS). It offers a flexible schedule and strong earning potential with the reassurance of NHS work.

• 45 % split on private income (Denplan and fee‑per‑item)

Who We're Looking For

• GDC registration (essential)
• NHS Performer Number (essential)
• Ideally 2–3 years post‑qualification experience
• Comfortable providing general dentistry across a largely private patient base
• Interest in cosmetic dentistry (composite bonding, Invisalign) welcome but not essential
• A personable, settled approach suited to a small, close‑knit team
