The Role

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our team in the Rochdale/Bury areas You will support individuals with complex health needs, helping them to live safely and comfortably while promoting independence and dignity.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in delivering tailored care packages and building meaningful relationships with the people you support.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality personal care and support

• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily living tasks

• Supporting individuals with complex clinical needs (training provided)

• Administering medication (where required and trained)

• Monitoring and recording patient wellbeing

• Building positive relationships with service users and their families

• Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in care is desirable

• A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and undertake training

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Weekends , days and nights available
