Moo Moo's Play Café is a boutique, premium soft play café in the heart of Cobham High Street — a beautifully curated space for newborns, babies and toddlers, designed by two local mums who wanted somewhere that felt like a genuine treat for parents and children alike. We combine a dedicated baby sensory area, a stylish soft play zone and Montessori-inspired toys with barista-quality coffee and a warm, welcoming café setting, so grown-ups can relax properly while little ones play safely.

Families love us for our calm, boutique atmosphere, our attention to detail and our genuinely great coffee — it's what sets us apart from a typical soft play centre. We're still a young business (and growing fast!), which means every member of the team has a real say in how we do things and a real stake in our success.

We are seeking a welcoming and enthusiastic Front of House/Supervisor to join our team. As the first person to greet our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, boutique welcome — helping parents and children check in for their session, find a comfortable seat, and place any drink or snack orders. Your excellent customer service and your skill behind the coffee machine will be essential to delivering the premium experience Moo Moo's is known for.

• Greet guests warmly and provide a smooth, friendly check-in service
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the café and soft play area to our premium standard
• Ensure all staff comply with food safety regulations and health standards at all times
• Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and offering recommendations
• Handle drink and snack orders and use the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt, calm service during busy periods
• Collaborate with the team to create a harmonious working environment
• Prepare barista-level coffee and hot drinks, and prepare and serve cold drinks

• Previous experience in hospitality is essential
• Excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• A friendly, approachable demeanour with a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure and create a calm atmosphere for families
• Comfortable using and cleaning a coffee machine, grinder and milk steamer
