Having already placed multiple successful advisors into the business, we're recruiting again due to continued growth and expansion within their Protection Advisory division.

This isn't your typical insurance sales environment.
Based in modern Spinningfields offices, you'll join a high-energy, supportive team where career progression is actively encouraged, performance is rewarded, and earning potential is genuinely uncapped.
Working with qualified leads generated through a nationwide network of financial advisers, mortgage brokers and wealth managers, you'll provide expert advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Business Protection products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advising clients on protection products
• Understanding individual needs and recommending suitable cover
• Managing warm inbound and referred enquiries
• Building long-term client relationships
• Working within FCA guidelines
• Achieving sales and quality targets

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales preferred within insurance, financial services or consultative but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, driven and motivated by success
• Professional and customer-focused approach
