Lawyer / Senior Associate - Corporate

Job description

We are working with an international law firm based in London for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Corporate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Corporate team advising global corporations, financial institutions, investment fund managers and other international clients on a broad range of cross-border corporate transactions. Working as part of a collaborative global practice, you will gain exposure to sophisticated multi-jurisdictional matters and high-profile international transactions.

The role involves advising on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, series financings and corporate reorganisations, while supporting complex matters from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will build and develop client relationships, contribute to business development and knowledge sharing initiatives, and deliver legal advice across a broad range of corporate matters.

Essential Criteria:

• 4-8 years’ PQE;
• Strong corporate law background;
• Strong drafting skills;
• Excellent academics;
• Analytical;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong communication skills;
• Flexible and collaborative team player.
