General Counsel 12 month FTC

Job description

We are supporting a leading international professional services organisation in the search for a General Counsel to join its senior leadership team.

This is an opportunity to lead an established legal function within a partnership environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will advise on a broad range of commercial, corporate, governance and risk matters while leading a team of legal, risk and compliance specialists across multiple jurisdictions.

You will act as a trusted adviser on strategic business initiatives, governance, organisational matters and legal risk. A key aspect of the role will involve supporting the governance and stewardship of a partnership structure and helping shape business decisions at the highest level.

We are keen to speak with General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel and other senior in house legal leaders with experience operating in partnership structures, professional services organisations or similarly environments.
