Court of Protection Solicitor – Liverpool – Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A top tier Legal 500 firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor in Liverpool to join its growing specialist team.

As a Court of Protection Solicitor in Liverpool, you’ll handle a varied caseload of complex property and affairs matters while working alongside a highly reputable and experienced team.

The Role

• Managing a caseload of Court of Protection property and affairs matters
• Handling complex and high-value applications
• Liaising with clients, families and professional advisors
• Supporting vulnerable clients with practical and financial matters
• Working alongside senior colleagues on complex cases
• Ensuring high standards of client care and service
• Managing deadlines and delivering work efficiently
• Supporting wider team development

The Candidate

• 2–5 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor
• Experience in Court of Protection or Private Client work
• Knowledge of property and affairs matters desirable
• Strong technical ability and financial awareness
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially aware and proactive approach
• Experience within a high street or regional firm
